What counts toward my weekly hours?
The time you record or import, and anything you have transcribed again. Your hours start over every Monday.
What happens if I run out?
New recordings wait until Monday, when your hours start over. Or move to a plan with more hours at any time.
Can I pay for a year?
Yes. Individual and Organization can be paid for a year at once, for less than twelve months would cost.
What happens when my plan ends?
You move to Free and keep everything you recorded: your recordings, notes and history stay yours.
How do an organization's seats work?
An organization buys a seat for each person. What they record in the organization uses its hours; each person's recordings stay their own, and admins see seats and usage, never what was said.
Do you keep my audio?
Yes, encrypted, so you can listen back to any moment. You can delete a recording, and its audio, whenever you want.
Which languages does it understand?
It transcribes 60 languages, even mixed in one meeting, and its apps and this website speak 13.
