For organizations
Your team's meetings, kept for everyone
Buy a seat for each person and pay one bill. Everyone records with Taad; what they record stays their own, and nobody reads it but them.
Everything a team needs, nothing it doesn't
Seats and invites
Invite people by email, give each a seat, and take it back when they leave. Their recordings go with them.
Roles
Owners and admins look after the seats and the bill; everyone else just records.
A shared workspace
Recordings filed in the organization use its hours, so nobody runs out in the middle of a meeting.
One bill
Monthly or yearly, for every seat at once.
Private, even from admins
An organization pays for its people. It sees seats and usage, never what was recorded.
No admin reading
Admins can't open anyone's recordings, transcripts or notes. There's no switch that lets them.
Encrypted on each device
Recordings are locked before they leave the laptop or phone, and stay locked in storage and backups.
Stored in the European Union
Recordings and their notes live in Western Europe.

Questions
How many seats do we need?
One for each person who records. You can add or take back seats whenever you like.
Can our admins read our recordings?
No. Admins see the seats and how many hours are used, never the recordings, transcripts or notes.
What happens when someone leaves?
Their seat comes back to you. Their own recordings go with them, to their personal space.
Do you offer company sign-in?
Not yet: company sign-in (SSO, SCIM), an audit log and the API are coming. Write to us and we'll tell you when.
